How to Place an International Email Orders:

 

You may order direct via email at summerwindsbis@aol.com Be sure to provide us the following information:

 

  • Products,

  • Product name,

  • Quantity,

  • Price,

  • Shipping Address,

  • Phone Number

  • When we receive your email order and your shipping information, we then know the weights of your order and where it's going to, then we can get you the best shipping rate quote for you. We will then send you an invoice email with the products and shipping quote totals. Once we receive a reply email from you with your approval, we then will charge your credit card and ship your product.

  • To pay though PayPal or with a Credit Card,

    • We accept ALL Major Credit Cards Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express on SummerWinds website.

    • *IMPORTANT: We cannot guarantee that you will not be charged any customs Taxes or Import Duties. Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country.  These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. This applies ONLY to International and Canadian orders.

 

"Out of Stock" Products:

We make every effort to keep products in stock. "Out of stock" product is typically restocked within 1-4 weeks, depending on the location of the product's supplier.

  • For security reasons, we cannot accept your credit card number, expiration date and 3-digit code on the back of your card, for your protection in an email. But we can take your order in an email and then send you an invoice that you can pay on PayPal or call in your Credit Card information.

You may order direct through Fax at (619) 599-8148 if your browser does not support SSL or if you feel uncomfortable sending your personal information over the internet. Be sure to provide us the following information:

Phone Orders:

You can call in your order (619) 445-4800 and we can take your order over the phone. To place an order by phone, between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm (PST), Monday through Friday. If you call on the weekends, and we are in the office we do answer the phone or leave an order on our message machine and we will return your call as soon as possible.

Shipping & Handling:

  • SummerWinds ships all orders within the contiguous United States through UPS; Non-contiguous states of Alaska and Hawaii and all off shores U.S. territories and all International orders must be sent through USPS.

  • Orders shipped APO, VI and PR will be shipped via Parcel Post or Priority and charged shipping.

  • Addresses outside of the Continental USA, please call or email for options and charges.

  • International orders will not qualify for the shipping discounts

 

 

Expected Delivery Time:

We ship by UPS. Orders are typically shipped out within two business days of the purchase date, but we strive to ship the same day if order is received before 10:00 am that day. After the order has shipped, domestic ground delivery may take up to 7 to 10 business days to be delivered (Depending on region of the U.S.). Shipping charges will be automatically calculated based on the number of items and their weight in your order. (see, Shipping and Handling) For international order, packages typically arrive with 1 to 3 weeks of shipping date, but may take up to 4 to 6 weeks depending on Customs handling. During special shipping promotional periods or holiday shopping you order may arrive faster.

 

 

Expedited Delivery:

For domestic shipping: UPS Next Day Air Saver, UPS 2nd Day, and UPS 3-Day are avail for an addition charge for. At final checkout, you can select one of these options and the cost will be automatically calculated for you. Please note that delivery times for Next Day Air Saver, 2nd Day and 3-Day refer to business days only and excludes weekends and holiday. Orders must be received by SummerWinds (for lead time) before 12:00 pm the previous day.

Returning Merchandise:

Whenever possible, we encourage exchange rather than return of an item you are unhappy with. We are happy to exchange any wrong sizes.

If you need to return merchandise, please call or email us. In the email, please indicate what item(s) you are returning, the reason for the return and what action you would like us to take. Send your return via UPS or Insured Mail to:

  • Returns must be in NEW CONDITION in original box.

  • Any items returned that do not meet specifications will be returned to you or discarded at no credit.

  • Report any damaged boxes to the carrier within 72 hours. UPS 1-800-742-5877

  • Missing items should be reported within 72 hours of receipt of order.

 

 

Merchandise Damaged During Shipping:

All shipments are fully insured, and damaged merchandise will be replaced promptly. If a package appears to be damaged at the time of delivery, you have the right to refuse it. Should damage occur in a UP shipment, notify UPS immediately at 800-PICK-UPS and contact SummerWinds.com by email summerwindsrs@att.net or call at 1-(619)445-4800. Do not dispose of original shipping cartons or the damaged merchandise, as examination by UPS inspectors may be necessary. If a Parcel Post package arrive damaged, have a local postal clerk verify the damage, then notify us.

If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your product, return it within 30 days and we will give you an exchange or refund (excluding freight), whichever you prefer.
